Grammy Award-winning acoustic guitarist Tommy Emmanuel will bring his Living In The Light Tour to Ponte Vedra Concert Hall on Dec. 10.

The show, which features special guest Trey Hensley, starts at 7 p.m. with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. Tickets range from $63 to $165.05 and are on sale now, according to the venue's event page. The concert is seated.

Emmanuel began touring at age six in his native Australia as part of a family band. He went solo in 1979 and has since headlined venues from the Sydney Opera House to Carnegie Hall. NPR's World Café has called him "one of the best acoustic guitarists in the world."

He holds the rare Certified Guitar Player (CGP) title, an honor bestowed by the late Chet Atkins on only four other artists. Emmanuel also performed for a televised audience of more than two billion at the closing ceremony of the Sydney Olympics.

The Ponte Vedra Beach stop comes after the Oct. 2 release of "The Endless Road," a documentary chronicling Emmanuel's life and career. The film, which has earned awards at multiple film festivals, features backstage footage, concert performances and interviews with musicians including Joe Satriani, Jason Isbell and Steve Vai, antiMusic reported. It also includes one of the last on-camera interviews with Emmanuel's late brother, Phil Emmanuel, according to Guitar Player magazine.

"I feel like the Indiana Jones of the guitar world," Emmanuel said in the venue's event listing. "I'm on this wild journey, just making it up as I go, and I'm thrilled that so many people are having fun joining along with me."

His 2025 solo album, "Living In The Light," was his first in a decade. He recorded it with producer Vance Powell, known for his work with Jack White and Chris Stapleton.

Hensley brings strong credentials to the bill. He won a Grammy Award in February 2025 as a member of The Taj Mahal Sextet for Best Traditional Blues Album and was voted International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) Guitar Player of the Year in both 2023 and 2025. Acoustic Guitar magazine has called him "Nashville's hottest young player."

The Ponte Vedra Beach date is one stop on a December tour leg that also includes Charleston, S.C.; Newberry, S.C.; Chattanooga, Tenn.; Durham, N.C.; Charlotte, N.C.; Atlanta; Orlando and Clearwater.

VIP upgrade packages are available through Emmanuel's official tour page, including a pre-show meet-and-greet with an autograph and photo. A portion of VIP proceeds benefits Guitars 4 Vets, MusiCares and Doctors Without Borders.
