A new six-bedroom home on Ponte Vedra Boulevard sold for more than $11.68 million, topping Northeast Florida's residential sales for the week of Sept. 7–13.
FaverGray Homes sold the property at 516 Ponte Vedra Blvd. to buyers who asked that their names be withheld. The deed was recorded Sept. 8 with the St. Johns County Clerk of Court, as first reported by the Jacksonville Daily Record. The 6,600-square-foot home, built in 2026 and named "Bellecôte," sits on 0.54 acres on the west side of Ponte Vedra Boulevard, a short walk from the Atlantic Ocean. It includes a three-car garage.
FaverGray bought the lot in 2024, according to the St. Johns Property Appraiser's website.
In a separate deal recorded the same day, Sekisui House Florida LP paid $14.31 million for 56.56 acres in St. Johns County. The homebuilder, a subsidiary of Denver-based Sekisui House U.S., purchased the land from BTI Partners through Greenbriar Property Holdings LLC, the Jacksonville Daily Record reported.
The acquisition is the third major Greenbriar transaction at the Pinewalk master-planned community since late July. A news release cited in the Jacksonville Daily Record's report described the parcel as Pinewalk's final lots, capped at 108 home sites.
Combined with two earlier purchases by Taylor Morrison, the three Pinewalk deals total about 888.57 acres and nearly $119.7 million. Taylor Morrison closed on roughly 437 acres for $60 million in late July and about 395 acres for $45.38 million on Aug. 27. Greenbriar Property Holdings was the seller in both transactions.
Jeremy Hampson, Taylor Morrison's Jacksonville division president, told the Jacksonville Daily Record that initial phase plans for the Esplanade at Pinewalk community are approved. Homes there will range from the $400,000s to more than $1 million, according to Taylor Morrison's listing. Sales for both Taylor Morrison communities at Pinewalk are slated to begin in mid-2027.
The high-dollar deals come as St. Johns County's broader housing market cools slightly. The median price of single-family homes in the county fell 2.7% in August to $573,250, with closed sales dropping 25.5% from July, according to the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors.
"Buyers have greater choice and the ability to be more selective, while sellers may need additional patience and flexibility," NEFAR President Kim Knapp said in a news release.
No timeline for Sekisui House Florida's 108-lot community has been announced.
