Roughly 170 golfers will compete for five PGA Tour cards when Q-School's Final Stage comes to TPC Sawgrass from Dec. 10-13.

The four-day, 72-hole event will be split between TPC Sawgrass's Dye's Valley Course and Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, according to AmateurGolf.com. There is no cut. The top five finishers earn PGA Tour membership for the 2027 season, with a tie for fifth decided by a hole-by-hole playoff.

How the Rest of the Field Is Ranked

Finishers sixth through 45th earn Korn Ferry Tour membership. The top 25 in that group receive third-reorder priority status, while the rest get second-reorder status. Everyone else who completes the Final Stage earns Korn Ferry Tour and PGA Tour Americas membership.

Decades of Producing Future Major Champions

The Q-School Qualifying Tournament has been minting tour players since 1965. Past Final Stage medalists who went on to win majors include Ben Crenshaw in 1973, Fuzzy Zoeller in 1974, Paul Azinger in 1984 and Mike Weir in 1998.

In 2025, Canada's A.J. Ewart won the Final Stage at 14-under 266, firing rounds of 66-67-67-66. Adam Svensson, Alejandro Tosti, Marcelo Rozo and Dylan Wu also earned cards.

Local Players Enter the Qualifying Path
